June 26th, 2009 - something with numbers

The band spent a number of months preparing their debut. The resulting album, Etiquette, was recorded in July 2004 with producer Lachlan Mitchell (Toe to Toe, Nitocris) and mixed by Phil McKeller.

The progression of the band to their second album was profound. Songwriter Jake Grigg took the unusual step of isolating himself from all outside influences, not listening to any music while he wrote the album. The first taste of the album was the single Apple of the Eye released in September 2006, with the LP Perfect Distraction released in October that same year.

The five lads are notorious for their commitment to touring and play an important role in the sometimes-overlooked underage gig scene.
